From Langkawi To Kulim

So kena gi sekolah lama dulu la seminggu dua nih. Apa2 pun janji bleh pindah. Happy gila sebab perpindahan kami ini bersempena tahun baru Islam ... Awal Muharram.

Congratulation .. !!

At last ... will say goodbye to LANGKAWI ... 6 years full of joys

Bokeh - Photography

Bokehness from my Nikon D60 + Sigma 18-200mm HSM

Bokehness from my Nikon D60 + Nikkor AF 50mm f1.8D

Bokeh (derived from Japanese boke ぼけ, a noun form of bokeru ぼける, "become blurred or fuzzy") is a photographic term referring to the appearance of out-of-focus areas in an image produced by a camera lens using a shallow depth of field.[1] Different lens bokeh produces different aesthetic qualities in out-of-focus backgrounds, which are often used to reduce distractions and emphasize the primary subject.

Bought this unit from ShaShinki last week at RM250. I've keep all my photography's gears inside it ... of cause afraid of FUNGUS !!. I find that its enough to fit with 2 camera's bodies + 5 lenses or more .. so no problem to store my current gears + my wish gear in future.

Analog cabinet setting guide:
1- set the dial at center. let the cabinet to stable for one day.
2- obtain the reading from the meter.

4- if reading is higher than ur desire range - increase the power of the dry module ( turn the dial abit only).

Rule Of Thirds

Rule of thirds is a basic photography technique as a guide in the off-center placement of your subjects. Below how it's work.

Before you snap the picture, imagine your picture area divided into thirds both horizontally and vertically. The intersections of these imaginary lines suggest four options for placing the center of interest for good composition. The option you select depends upon the subject and how you would like that subject to be presented.

I don't have a Digital Single Lense Reflect (DSLR) camera how do I apply this technique?

You can apply this technique in any camera either it is a point of shoot digital camera or even your phone camera! Most point and shoot (PNS) digital camera nowdays do have setting at the menu whereby you can see the LCD screen divide into 3 horizontal and 3 vertical as you were aiming for a subject. See below.

Ramadhan Al-Mubarak

Ramadan (Arabic: رمضان, Ramaḍān) is a Muslim religious observance that takes place during the ninth month of the Islamic calendar, believed to be the month in which the Qur'an began to be revealed. It is the Islamic month of fasting, in which Muslims don't eat or drink anything from dawn until sunset. Fasting is meant to teach the person patience and humility. Ramadhan is a time to fast for the sake of God, to offer even more prayer than normal and ask forgiveness for the sins of your past and ask for guidance in the future. To refrain from every day evils and try to purify oneself through self-restraint and good deeds.

Happy 51st Independent Day

Chenang Beach, Langkawi

The effort for independence was spearheaded by Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra Al-Haj, the first Prime Minister of Malaysia, who led a delegation of ministers and political leaders of Malaya in negotiations with the British in London for Merdeka, or independence along with the first president of the Malayan Chinese Association (MCA) Tun Dato Sir Tan Cheng Lock and fifth President of Malaysian Indian Congress Tun V.T. Sambanthan. Once it became increasingly clear that the Communist threat posed during the Malayan Emergency was petering out, agreement was reached on February 8, 1956, for Malaya to gain independence from the British Empire. However, for a number of logistical and administrative reasons, it was decided that the official proclamation of independence would only be made the next year, on August 31, 1957, at Stadium Merdeka (Independence Stadium), in Kuala Lumpur.
